Real World Contact Times : Clorox® Germicidal Wipes stay wet long enough to meet all of our Bacteria and Virus contact times.* In these cases, no new wipe is required to apply extra wetness. All of our wipes keep a 4 sq ft. area wet for 2 minutes and 30 seconds or longer:

  • 6.75" x 9" wipes — 4 min
  • 6" x 5" wipes — 2 min 30 sec
  • 12" x 12" equipment wipes — 5 min 15 sec

In contrast, a leading alcohol-quat-based wipe stays wet long enough to hit its listed contact time for only 8% of pathogens on its Master Label, requiring use of a new wipe to reach the contact times for 92% of the pathogens on its label.

Excellent Surface Coverage: Our premoistened wipes can keep the following surface areas wet for 2 minutes (the contact time for all of registered Bacteria and Viruses):

  • 6.75" x 9" wipes: 18.57 sq. ft.
  • 6" x 5" wipes: 55.51 sq. ft.
  • 12" x 12" equipment wipes &: 6.73 sq. ft.

Extra-heavy, Durable Substrate: Clorox® Germicidal Wipes will not easily tear or fall apart and are designed for better cleaning power. Our Wipes’ substrates are 3x stronger and 30% heavier than a leading quat wipe competitor. Less tearing means each wipe and canister lasts longer.
