Clorox® Germicidal Wipes.
There are many factors associated with the waste stream. We encourage facilities to buy the starter kit and then replenish their product with the refill pouches which fit inside the buckets, therefore, reducing the need to buy new buckets. Also, because Clorox® Germicidal Wipes are disposable, they do not require laundering. For your facility, that means less energy, heat, and time will be spent laundering or disinfecting reusable cloths. Clorox® Germicidal Wipes provides Environmental Services personnel with a convenient, effective solution for disinfecting large areas of the hospital.
The basis weight is the term used to describe the weight of a particular grade of substrate — grams per square inch (gsm); therefore, because both wipes are made from the same material, it is the same for both Clorox® Germicidal Wipes = 52 gsm.
The absolute weights for each of the wipes area approximately:
Clorox® Germicidal Wipes 70 ct. = 9 grams
Clorox® Germicidal Wipes 110 ct. = 22 grams
